Megalithic Ride
Highlights:  Évora.  UNESCO World Heritage Megalithic monuments:  Dolmen, Menhir and the Cromlech.  Cork trees and olive groves and wildlife: rabbits, hares, birds of prey.


An easy to moderate loop ride on Evora's back roads through the beautiful undulating landscape of cork and olive groves. We ride through the area of oldest human habitation on the Iberian Peninsula, and history is everywhere. On the way to the Dolmen, we will pass by Menhir before the Cromlech, all Megalithic Monuments, 3000 to 5000 years old!


Reaching Evora's cobblestoned, walled, historical center, we will pause at the main square of Praça do Giraldo, where every street converges.
