This tour departs from Lisboa and consists of a cycling journey of 2 days, close to nature and traditional values. Discover the charming whitewashed villages where people are still living at an unusual pace, sharing their concerns and happiness on the main square, usually dressing in black in respect to beloved ones. You will be charmed by the monuments, houses and squares, by the the contagious diversity of colors in the landscape, where lifestyles quietly slow down... this is the country. En route, you will be tempted to visit an ancient village and its hilltop fortress, conquered by the Moors in the 12th Century. Urban areas are nice to visit on foot, but the rural, farming country is great for bike riding!
