On-Road Self-Guided Tours

On road biking is the way to go for a smooth cycle-touring experience!

Road cycling tours are suitable for all sorts of riders and usually a favourite for Bike Touring.
Select Tours offer optional extra kms for the more advanced riders.

We always look for the best available roads for our tours, searching for roads with less traffic that are also interesting and scenic to ride.
Sometimes it might include some small sections of hard packed roads or eventually some traffic when dealing with entering or exiting bigger towns.

In the Alentejo and Coastal areas, easier terrain and rolling hills are constant. Minho and Galiza bring some mountains and valleys, so does the Camino from Leon, where some climbs give the opportunity to challenge yourself.

For the Camino de Santiago Tours we offer an on-road option bearing in mind that the pilgrims path does require some MTB skills and brings added difficulty for the inexperience mountain bikers.

Carefully designed Self Guided Bike Tours, with comprehensive Bike Itineraries, GPS navigation, thoughtful hotel options and day tour suggestions. All on a private basis with total flexibility.
